
Group Vice President of Sales EMEA
The Challenge
OneTrust is looking for a Group Vice President, EMEA Sales. The Group VP will be a proven sales leader with a demonstrated track record of success motivating and leading a sales organization in a high-growth environment. This role will optimize team performance through hands on coaching, mentoring, and performance management strategies. This is a team leadership role leading Direct Sales Reps in traditional “hunter’ and “farmer” roles. This position requires a self-starter who can work with limited direct supervision, is entrepreneurial in spirit, and fosters overall growth of top line revenue.
Your Mission
Aligns the EMEA Sales region with the company’s growth strategies through active participation in strategic development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
Participate in critical decisions as a member of the sales leadership team and build effective relationships with company senior executives and key management personnel of customers and partners
Drive revenue by targeting core verticals, building a sales development engine, creating quota and sales metrics to accelerate our growth, and other strategies to expand our EMEA market
Hire and build a world class sales team – this not only starts with hiring, but extends to training, operations, and execution
Provides leadership to the organization’s sales team and sales managers, helping to drive the team to meet/exceed revenue/quota, prospecting, and new business targets.
Foster a sales culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior
Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
You Are
A thought leader, with demonstrated success in globally matrixed environments for sale
Capable of assessing needs, influencing, collaborating, and delivering at all levels in the organization including the C-level
Able to think and act strategically in the context of building business and sales strategies
Someone who develops trust and models open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork
Capable of maintaining a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor's Degree or 10 to 15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Highly skilled in change management practices and driving organizational process improvements
Superior cross-functional collaborator with exceptional general management skills and the ability to build relationships within an organization
Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels within an organization, including the C- and board-level
Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team and demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams
