Tech Programme Coordinator

About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills to join our Tech Programme Coordinator team. The team organises and runs a variety of internal programmes including our software engineering internship, various weeklong programmes for school and university students, and a number of our internal education offerings. The person in this role will work closely with the rest of the team to execute the day-to-day tasks involved with running our tech programmes, contribute to the creation of more consistent systems of communication surrounding programmes, and track feedback and historical data. The right individual will be hardworking, eager to get involved, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. They should be able to think big-picture while getting the details right.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

Scheduling classes, events, and meetings for the internship

Creating and following up on feedback surveys for each week’s programmes

Scheduling planning meetings for upcoming programmes and events

Soliciting full-time employees to help with our various programmes

Communicating relevant programme information to participants and programme content creators

Keeping relevant programme calendars up to date

About You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant practical experience

Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills

Ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Meticulous attention to detail with strong administrative skills

Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed

Positive, professional attitude and presence

No financial industry experience required

Fluency in English is required
