Control Tower Agent

What we are looking for:

We're looking for a talented Operation and Logistics Control Tower Agent to play a key role in monitoring, and supporting the operations for all the markets we are growing in.

The Role:

The main role of the Agents is to monitor the performance of the manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution processes at CookUnity by executing preventive and proactive actions, in accordance with defined standards to improve the service level for our customers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations. Act as the main point of contact for the Team Leads in relation to defined position processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Control the manufacturing, and fulfillment processes in real-time and alert leaders in case it is necessary.

Monitor our 3PLs (third-party logistics) in real-time and alert our Logistics team for possible late deliveries.

Review KPIs and spot trends for improvements.

Propose and drive processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost.

Qualifications:

Desired experience with spreadsheets / excel and powerpoint / google slides

You have a streamlining mindset: automate, reduce and simplify.

At your core, you’re a data-driven, analytical problem solver, capable of tackling urgent challenges with innovative solutions and efficient communication.

Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines.

Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces, or supply-demand economics.

You have experience or knowledge on Logistics & last mile platforms (it's a plus).
