What you will do
Engage with key stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the required features.
Research the cXML, x12, and EDIFACT standards to serve as a SME for these standards.
Ensure that the documentation is clear and concise to be shared with external trading partners.
Engage with engineering team constantly to ensure actual delivery is per design.
Passionate about solving enterprise integration business problems at scale.
Define the product roadmap based on strategic goals, competitive landscape and customer needs.
Product strategy, including forecasting and achievement of company goals
Coach and mentor team, offering solutions through creative involvement and guidance.
Implement process improvements with the intention of higher performance with respect to time-to-market, cost-benefit, and meeting market needs.
Serves as a cross-functional leader, working to meet business goals.
What you should bring
3 or more years in Software Industry or as a Product Owner in a customer facing responsibility
Proven contribution to complete product development lifecycles of several successfully launched web and/or software applications
Knowledge on cXML/EDI/Punchout standards (Preferred)
Should have sound industry experience of cloud and on-premises integration products and architecture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively articulate both product requirements and customer feedback.
Ability to operate effectively within a high performing Agile product development team
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
