Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Paradigm is growing our Sales Team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead. In this integral role, you’ll focus on prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and effectively converting prospects into active sales pipeline opportunities while managing a small team of SDRs. Partnering with Account Executives and the Growth Marketing Manager, the SDR Team lead will own the lead prospecting process for Paradigm products & services. The SDR reports directly to Paradigm’s Chief Revenue Officer and will play an important role in helping our customers reach their goals on their journey to become more equitable and inclusive organizations.

Defining Your Success

As SDR Team Lead, you will have accomplished the following within your first 12 months at Paradigm:

Lead Management

You leveraged various prospecting techniques to engage with decision-makers and identify opportunities for the Account Executives.

You developed comprehensive knowledge of Paradigm’s Products & Services so that you could effectively identify potential customers as outbound leads. You were able to articulate the value and impact of our DEI offerings to new prospects in compelling ways.

You quickly engaged with inbound leads from various sources (e.g. trial downloads, website inquiries, event leads, etc.), qualified them, and converted them to an active pipeline for the Account Executives.

You developed scripts, processes, and outreach cadences/sequences to expand lead generation.

You partnered with Marketing in setting up and managing inbound and outbound campaigns in our sales enablement platform.

Team Management

You managed a small team of SDRs and provided coaching and guidance to ensure your team met KPIs and performance goals.

You provided training to the SDR team on how to effectively identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.

Performance and Metrics

You employed sales automation tools to track and analyze client sales growth performance. You used these insights to evolve your process & approach as necessary.

You used Salesforce to work your pipeline and ensure key information and customer data were captured and shared with the Account Executives, always prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.

You developed knowledge of Paradigm’s Products & Services to clearly articulate compelling value propositions around B2B software and consulting services offerings.

You created creative, effective customer outreach content & templates for engaging potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other avenues.

About You:

Work Experience. You have at least 2 years of B2B sales and prospecting experience in a quick-moving, high-growth environment. Ideally, you gained some of this experience in the tech/product space.

Management and coaching. You have at least 1 year of experience leading, coaching and/or managing a small team of SDRs.

Technology and CRM. You’re experienced with Salesforce, and in utilizing sales automation tools such as Outreach, and Salesloft.

Collaboration. You have worked closely with prospective customers and marketing teams. You enjoy working collaboratively, and partnering effectively with internal and external partners.

Passion. You’re passionate about applying your skills to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations. You’re committed to growing your expertise in DEI.
