
Marketing Manager

We have a diverse, talented group of 150 team members, expected to grow to about 200 next year. We are moving swiftly to support this growth, which means you will need to wear lots of hats, be proactive, and be ready to have a massive impact. You will report to the VP, Marketing and work with a team of dedicated marketers and creatives who are passionate about succeeding.

What you’ll do:
Webinar development and execution—collaborating with content and design to develop topics, scripts, slides, and all marketing and communication assets, as well as coordinating with any external guests
Field and project manage marketing requests from internal teams, working with inter-company teams to execute deliverables
Trade show planning and execution—working with Sales and Client Success to determine level of presence, booth, demo, and collateral materials needed, and coordinating development and delivery
Provide support to greater marketing team initiatives, like account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
Manage marketing expenses, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation
What you’ll need:
3-5 years' experience in a marketing manager or tangential role
Experience managing marketing projects/campaigns, working with content and design teams to develop strategically aligned assets, then implementing into appropriate tactics, managing execution, reporting on performance, and reiterating based on learnings
Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4)
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
Project management experience (and interest to grow this skillset)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Innovative, proactive, and resourceful problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Deep organizational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Natural collaborator and team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
