Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end to end talent acquisition and recruitment process; including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates

Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various recruitment channels and tools

Be proactive in managing your own pipeline and prioritization of tasks

Manage and provide consultation to various level of stakeholders

In charge of creating the employee agreements

Support all onboarding and offboarding process of employees

Initiate and execute process improvements and standardizations within foodpanda HR

Take initiative to organize employee database

Support on recruitment marketing / employer branding initiatives

Support ad-hoc project when needed


Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field

At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment / HR

Experiences in hiring executive or senior positions are advantageous

A strong interest in HR is a must

Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus

Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter

Strong organizational skills with proactive personality

Thai National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English
