
Sales Operations Manager
Vixxo is seeking a full-time Sales Operations Manager to be based in Dallas, TX OR Scottsdale, AZ. (50/50 Hybrid)
THE ROLE
Vixxo’s Sales Operations Manager assists with and coordinates the functions essential to the operations, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales, marketing, and commercial development teams. They will partner closely with the Director of Sales Operations and the Director of Marketing to successfully execute business processes that drive revenue growth, improve client win rates and shorten the sales cycle.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Sales Executives and Commercial Development to lead the RFI and RFP process within Vixxo. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing tools & process related to qualitative responses, proposal/deck creation, cross team collaboration, and team accountability for an on-time submission.
Manage and improve the following sales tools: Zoominfo, SharePoint and RFPio. Train sales team on proper use and effectiveness of these tools and serve as Vixxo point of contact for these vendors.
Support Sales Operations, Sales and Marketing on projects related to research initiatives, data / list management, distribution of specific content collateral related to service offerings and preparation of prospect proposals and presentations.
Manage and oversee tradeshow partnerships, including preparation and registration for Vixxo participants. This includes, but is not limited to, booth design, content collateral, presentation development, and media. Additionally, support the pre-Tradeshow preparation and post-Tradeshow tracking of prospect leads and opportunity follow-up. Track and report on tradeshow performance and assist in the creation of go-forward strategy.
Support, the Director of Marketing with content creation and content refresh. Collect and craft industry/vertical insights to assist in the development of new materials. Collaborate with 3rd party agencies in the execution of marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of sales and marketing support and/or project management support
Bachelor’s Degree required (Business/Marketing focus preferred)
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite programs
Relevant experience with sales and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Experience in marketing research & content development
Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
