MSVD Product Manager Position

As MSVD Product manager, will lead the current range of Solarban and Sungate product and define the roadmap for the next generations, focused in our strategic goal of dominating the Commercial market segment and improve the Residential and Specialty markets too.

Will translate products strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.


Define the MSVD product portfolio, with exterior commercial building segment as a priority

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Control and Authorize discounts

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

Work closely with stakeholders to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Drive product launches including working with MARCOM team, executives, and other product management team members

Train the NAM and CAM teams to understand the value proposition and sell up

Clearly understand the product value in the final product

Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

Act as a product fanatic to build awareness and understanding

Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Certain projects may require travel and limited weekend/evening hours

Working environment: typically corporate office (Harmar), but able to work from home or on the road when necessary


BS Degree in Marketing or Finance

5+ years of relevant work experience in the industry

Product management, Customer service and/or Commercial Sales

MSVD platform products knowledge

Should have strong analytical skills and a high proficiency with EXCEL and related software

Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
