An IT Business Analyst focussed on delivering change and efficiency across multiple business functions?

An IT Business Analyst who is curious, inspiring and client focused?

We are looking for an expert IT Business Analyst with proven ability in the following areas:

Data analysis and modelling, gathering requirements and documentation depending on methodology

Design thinking and story telling

Delivering innovative solutions to solve business problems

Business Process Modelling and mapping

Project scope, objectives, benefits, and business goals

Stakeholder management and effective communication

Business engagement, ability to understand, challenge and document underlying business needs

The skills and experience we believe to be successful you will have

Degree (or equivalent) in IT or Computer Science

5 years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity

Experience of Working in Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)

Proven analytical & problem-solving abilities

Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

Running stakeholder requirement workshops to facilitate information gathering

Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner

Back-office processes and integrating Cloud based systems

Data Warehousing & Reporting solutions - Azure/Power BI

Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management (Agile)

Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
