What you will do as a Field Marketing Manager

Build brand awareness by researching, booking, and representing Express Flooring at trade shows and events throughout your territory

Drive territory growth by developing and executing marketing strategy, achieving monthly and quarterly performance goals

Hire and grow a team of marketing specialists, providing a professional, fun, and supportive environment

Build and manage a marketing budget, and report on budget status routinely

Maintain display equipment, ensuring proper setup, effective display, and take-down of materials

Other responsibilities as needed

Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required as a Field Marketing Manager

Strong communication skills, with the ability to be present and engaged in all communication

Highly motivated, with the ability to convey positivity and enthusiasm

Ability to lead and develop a team

Experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a similar field

Additional Requirements as a Field Marketing Manager

Ability to travel both within and outside of the state

Reliable transportation

Must be able to work weekends

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
