The Customer Contact Specialist position is one with extremely critical goals for our organization and is vital in charting the course for our organizational success and additional growth into future markets. We are looking to expand our Customer Service Department and have several openings for our new call center in Tempe. This position is responsible for setting the tone of the customers experience with Express Flooring by engaging the customer and establishing trust.

What you will do as a Customer Contact Specialist:

Take in-bound calls from prospective customers from our Lead Generation programs (i.e.; TV/Web/Google, etc.)

Make out-bound calls to prospective customers from website inquiries.

Establish rapport with customers by utilizing the Express Flooring customer engagement model.

Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to provide full sales presentation of our products and services.

Ensure all decision makers will be available for the in-home appointments.

Collaborate with Sales teams and Order Entry/Installation departments.

Troubleshoot and communicate with customers and Sales Teams when scheduling issues and reschedules occur.

What you need to be successful as a Customer Contact Specialist:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of Customer Engagement experience required.

Excellent listening and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

Work independently as well as with team.

Work with Urgency, positivity, and Mission focused attitude!

Technologically proficient in email, Microsoft Suite and CRM software program
