Junior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice/opinion in legal matters and cooperate with other departments to complete any related task.

Being the first point of contact to support the stakeholders with regard to the business operational licenses and permits.

Responsible for license management and provide advice in obtaining required license, permit, plus initiating permit application or liaison and ensure compliance, e.g., report to government authorities if required.

Draft, review, provide advice regarding the commercial-related agreements.

Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to colleagues and related stakeholders.

Support Senior Counsel from time to time in preparing legal documents.

Liaison with Thai government authorities on behalf of Delivery Hero entities in Thailand.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor of law degree.

1-3 year experience in law firm or as in-house counsel

Good command of English

License/permit management and/or litigation background are/is a plus

Hands-on, proactive
