Marketing Specialist

What is the role?

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and curious candidate to join our larger Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. This role will work across Paradigm’s suite of legal software solutions and be responsible for bringing new products and features to market. This role will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation to educate current and prospective customers on the benefits of our products and product features in order to drive adoption and usage.

The Marketing Specialist will function as an integral part of Paradigm’s Marketing team and will report directly to Paradigm’s Product Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote. We are looking for a self-starter with former product and/or content marketing experience who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team.

In this role, you will:

Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams to successfully bring new products and features to market

Create clear messaging on product positioning and value propositions to maximize product adoption, engagement, and usage

Support internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, demand generation) with clear articulation of product / feature benefits, use cases, and differentiation within the market

Develop and execute tactical marketing plans that drive product and feature adoption, including blog posts, emails campaigns, in-app messages, and digital ads

Work with creative team to produce compelling video assets that clearly demonstrate product use cases and value propositions

Interview current customers to gain deeper understanding of product / feature value propositions

Provide for other activities as it relates to internal sales and marketing projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in product marketing or content marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company

Strong copy writing experience, preferably in the context of SaaS products

Strong verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and communication skills

Previous legal experience is plus

Ability to work autonomously, while managing upward to the Product Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders

High degree of empathy and ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to understand their needs and challenges

Ability to think strategically and leverage a variety of tactics to achieve measurable goals

Great people skills and ability to work cross functionally across internal teams to get input and manage deadlines

Resourcefulness, with ability to achieve results creatively with finite resources
