What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

Represent the interests of users and partners through relentless pursuit of data quality

Receive and manage requests in the Jira project workflow tool

Act as contact between the AppDirect business teams and development teams regarding making sure that the data is moving through systems properly

Interpret file-mapping and conduct testing across multiple platforms and formats

Assist Managers to operationalize data migration for the critical business initiatives

Assist Managers to operationalize data architecture roadmap (analyze/document/implement/test/troubleshoot)

Provide data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion

Assist in collecting business requirements

Assist in documenting on how data is used in through AppDirect business

Assist in data testing/validation/UAT

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relative experience

2-4 years of experience in data operations analysis

Experience with relational data architecture

Experience querying and manipulating data for analysis (SQL)

Experience with data analysis, transformation, normalization, and conversion

Advanced Excel User (skill and efficiency)

Experience communicating to a diverse stakeholders (bridging the business and technical teams)

Excellent soft skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Bonus Skills

Background in writing Business Requirement Documents and/or System Specifications, the following a plus

Experienced expressing the architecture of relational data

Experienced with Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart for data modeling and visualizing workflow processes

Experience working within an SDLC framework, preferably Agile based

Industry experience in the billing, financial, SaaS or related industries

Experience in Data Migration and ETL
