Project Manager - German Speaking

The role…we’re looking for a successful, experienced Project Manager with a track record in delivering digital projects to join our team.

You’ll utilise your client delivery expertise and experience of methodologies to take responsibility for delivering a variety of digital learning projects for a range of leading global brands. You’ll use effective communications skills to work with clients and a range of disciplines within our business, having a good understanding of how technology can help us achieve both client and business goals.

Your experience will ensure you control project objectives such as time, budget and project governance, and you’ll be at ease turning client needs into requirements which different disciplines understand. Your natural ability for taking control of your projects will ensure both clients and teams feel they’re in safe hands.

Along with a track record of project management, you’ll have good leadership skills and a collaborative approach in the workplace. This is a vital role in our success and as a valued member of our business, you’ll play a big part in shaping and contributing to our wider growth plans.

Required experience:

Experience working in Project Management in a digital corporate learning or digital media (learning solutions, websites, digital marketing, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years experience managing multiple projects for large brands/companies

A good understanding of project management tools and methodologies

Proven track record of managing the end-to-end project cycle, including financials

Confidence translating project requirements into reasonable timelines and budgets

Experience of proactive project governance, including risk and change

Experience engaging, influencing and coordinating multi-disciplined project resource teams

Client facing experience, including stakeholder management

Strong communication, analytical, and numerical ability

Passion for customer excellence, innovation and quality

Fluent German language skills, other European language skills are desirable

Location - Hybrid (Location Bristol, Edinburgh, Plymouth and we will also consider German based candidates for the position)

Our new headquarters is in the Bristol area, however you will ideally be based within an hour’s travelling distance of one of our offices.

We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team. We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential, but we also feel face-to-face time is important too.

We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 2/3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.

We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol, Plymouth, Glasgow, and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
