
Account Manager 1
Lightcast is hiring a results-driven Account Manager1 who is passionate about
customer service, and will maximize customer success with our products. The position requires
striving to know our Commercial and Enterprise customers at every level of the organization
(from the decision makers to the researchers) and ensure they are equipped with the
knowledge, data and tools they need to form and execute a vision for their organization.
Job Responsibilities
●Negotiate, document, and invoice renewals with clients
●Coordinate the implementation of new software subscriptions
●Make meaningful contact quarterly (minimum) with every client
●Schedule a minimum of 6 strategic location trips to meet with clients at their
organization (e.g. travel to Phoenix and meet with all 10 EMSI clients in the area)
●Customer service management; establish client specific goals for every client
●Report metrics to VP of Client Services
Specific Qualifications
●Sales/selling technique experience strongly preferred
●Bachelor’s degree highly desired
●Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships
●Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and
work effectively in a competitive, results-driven culture
●Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
●Experience working on a performance based compensation structure highly desired
●Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management
skills
●Highly proficient in using the internet and all MS Office programs, particularly Word,
Excel and PowerPoint
●Strong analysis skills

●Need to be able to travel
