Operational
Plans and oversees projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within the set budget.
Plans and designates project resources, prepares the budget, monitors progress, and updates stakeholders all throughout the project is managed.
Determines and defines project scope and objectives.
Prepares budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Tracks project costs in order to meet budget.
Process Improvement
Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Develops and manages detailed projects’ schedule and work plan.
Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement; Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed.
Stakeholder Satisfaction
Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Team Interface
Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Related Duties as Assigned
Perform other duties as assigned.
