As Marketplace Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for Marketplace fulfillment operations. You will interact with senior leadership as well as cross-functional teams. You are a strong team player and have a reputation for integrity, accountability and ownership.

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

Perform all marketplace fulfillment order operations including cross-functional platform support escalations

Resolve marketplace pending events as needed in order to fulfil manual orders.

Perform provisioning in provider platforms as well as placing orders with providers.

Identify areas of improvement for customer journey and recommend process improvements that remove friction points and decrease customer provisioning cycle times.

Act as voice of customer in all logistics decisions.

Work with management to implement process and policy improvements in response to customer sentiment.

Work with company leadership to help implement workflow and scheduling improvements.

Work with build and sales partners to extend marketplace best practices to their daily workflows, coordinating with technology teams to improve engagement and satisfaction levels.

Work closely with the Marketplace team to ensure fulfillment activities of subscriptions are working as intended/expected.

Work to develop and improve pre-deployment customer coordination and experience.

Coordinate closely with the Commerce Operations team to drive down change orders for all products, and ensure quick resolution times when change orders are required.

Document internal and external processes where applicable.

Communicate best practices and process changes, including communication to internal sales and service delivery teams.

What you’ll need/Assets

3+ years of experience in Information Technology and Bachelor's Degree required.

2+ years of experience of procuring and managing SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions

A passion for service delivery improvement.

Demonstrable experience in collaboration with team members and with cross-functional teams

Experience managing 3rd party delivered services.

Experience in diverse environments of service management and delivery.

Excellent customer service and people skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity tools.

Experience in using project management tools such as Asana and SmartSheet.

Experience in using incident management tools such as Zendesk and Jira.

Experience using various tools for dashboard reporting.

Experience working in well-established tech companies.
