Rider Community Associate

We’re looking for a Rider Community Associate. Our ideal candidate is confident in his/her skills, has a great attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to join a dynamic team centred around innovation. Responsibilities:

Develop content strategies for multiple channels to reach foodpanda riders

Analyze data and create a campaign in order to improve riders' experience

Support communication

Manage and plan content on online channels (eg. LineOA, facebook and owned platforms)

Project to improve rider experience as assigned.

Other tasks as assigned by manager

Sourcing new product/service to be in riders’ loyalty program

Coordinate with Purchasing, finance and other teams

Plan and manage video production

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Work fast and have a high responsibility

Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills

Think out of the box and be willing to learn new things

At least one year of experience as an online content creator, copywriter, or fleet food delivery industry

Creative and logical thinking

Always update social trend

Good at Microsoft Office/Google docs skills (Excel/Sheet Word/Docs or Powerpoint/Slides)

Good creativity, Good writing skills

Good command of Thai and English

Accounting and Stock management skills
