General Maintenance Worker

Overview

FTI is seeking a General Maintenance Worker that is responsible for making sure that each building facility and its services meet the needs of the people that work in the space. This position supports all regular and emergency building support requirements, including office moves and essential building maintenance.

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA

Clearance: Must have an active secret clearance

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:• Assists with general building facilities support tasks • Building Automation System (BAS) management supporting the facility's HVAC systems. • Escorting outside contractors• Deliver and distribute materials in a professional and courteous manner • Support inventory control and the movement of materials. • Snow removal • Maintain a safe, clean environment at all times• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building operations• General computer knowledge• Good customer service skills

• Active secret clearance
