Summary:
We have a great opportunity for somebody to join our dynamic HR Team at Fallon Health. This is very diverse role with great exposure to all facets of HR and key customers reaching our for support services. Customers include our HR team in addition to employees and leaders across the organization. You will not only be a key go-to for Benefits and HRIS, you will also help support our centralized HR Service function. There is great exposure in this position and you will act as a first point of contact for many Human Resources related inquiries and not only will you specialize in Benefits and HRIS but you will have an opportunity to cross-train and learn many other aspects of Fallon Health HR.
Brief Summary of Purpose:
Coordinate and maintain benefit enrollment, qualifying events and terminations of all the benefit programs such as health insurance and retirement.
Respond to employee questions and concerns.
Presents Benefits to New hires and support employee enrollment.
Provides support and maintenance of the HRIS system.
Partners with Vendor to support employee Wellness Programs.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
Supports annual employee open enrollment process. Serves as a first responder for COBRA, FSA, HSA, Medical/Dental plans, Life and Disability plans, and 401(k)
Processes benefit changes within HRIS.
Recommends and implements process improvements/changes.
Assists in the design and development of communication materials.
COBRA Administration; processes qualifying events
FSA, HRA and HSA Administration
Benefit plan billing (Dental, Vision, Life and Disability)
Administer annual ET cash-out
Responsible for HR Service center which includes responding to inquiries.
HRIS Administration
Administers employee life cycle data entry and ensures data integrity.
Ensures adherence to system schedules.
Engages vendors concerning system problems and assists in resolving employee system issues.
Assists with user training.
Assists in providing system access.
Provides basic reporting assistance
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but we may consider equivalent experience!
Experience:
Two to four years of experience with human resources in a Benefits administration type of role.
HRIS experience is a big plus but reach out if you only have the Benefits piece
Ability to handle multiple assignments, problem solve and be detail orientated
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate knowledge in using Microsoft Office products
