TA Recruiter

[solidcore] seeks an enthusiastic and outgoing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing Field Talent department. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for executing a seamless recruiting process to support and scale [solidcore]’s operations. They will oversee all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, for coach and studio management positions. The Recruiter will be expected to partner regularly with studio staff to scout, attract, engage, hire, and retain top talent. They will also work closely with [solidcore]’s marketing and studio opening teams to ensure the timely and successful opening of locations in new and existing markets. 

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced and quickly changing environments, is a demonstrated high performer, can efficiently handle several projects at once, and has experience working across multiple departments and with diverse teams.  The position may require occasional travel. The candidate should be located in any city where there is a [solidcore].
