Manager, Quality Systems

Overview

This position is for Governance, standardize quality systems in all USA Manufacturing Plants, and to assure the Quality management systems on each locations in USA and Poland. The candidate must comply with Quality Systems and Warranty Experience in Automotive Industry, Leadership Skills, Quality Tools and Methodology Knowledge. Frequent Travel required.

Responsibilities

Quality Management Systems• Plan, Lead, Manage, Process Control and activities related to Quality Systems management, to assure customer standards and regulations compliance, and continuous improvement.• Create and Implement Strong BIQ4M into EASE System and confirm IATF Elements and set by each process• Create Monthly Plan for BIQ4M Audits within Standardized Process• Create and coordinate IATF Internal Audits by Plant aligned to External Audits Schedule • Set the Goals and targets and action plans needed to assure goals achievement Globally • Assure Company procedure standardization for Product manufacturing processes, and customer service that our company provides to all of our customers • Set up Of Quality Criteria’s, measurements methods for acceptance or rejection standards of our products based on Customer Specs and requirements.• Coordinate and Implement in liaison with quality team support of US Plants, Internal and External Quality Audits and assure their execution successfully

Warranty• Support plants corrective actions to meet warranty KPIs, with Warranty Engineer• Support on CQI´s and special requirements to warranty Enginner

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

5 or more years experience in Manufacturing
