The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for project administrative duties working closely with one or more Project Managers and Project Engineers. This includes the processing of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFI’s, and submittals. and log submittal maintenance. The PC may also distribute plans to support estimating efforts, prepare minutes and other documents for weekly construction meetings, and support the preparation of monthly job cost reports. 

We are seeking an organized and task-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, self-motivated and enjoys working collaboratively with others. This person can easily switch tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. The ideal PC is eager to learn our business and grow in their ability to contribute to the team and is aligned with our core values.
