What You’ll Do

Maintain excellent communication with clinical teams and medical staff

Deliver quality care, while exceptional medical standards

Successfully verify and maintain patient records

Set up and sanitize exam rooms

Perform general duties according to current policies and procedures

Handle clients and customer questions in a professional manner

Work in collaboration with the clinic manager to coordinate a well-balanced flow of patients through the clinic

What You’ll Bring

Phlebotomy Certification

At least two years of experience working in the medical field preferred

One year of EMR Systems preferred

Knowledge of medical equipment and relevant procedures

High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

Excellent listening and communication skills; outgoing and positive personality

Punctual nature, ability to handle schedule flexibility, and dynamic work environment

Experience in sales and customer service preferred

Professional appearance and presentation at all times

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
