The Help Desk Technician II is the second tier of support for all internal IT related requests and
issues.
What You'll be Doing:
· Assist with all laptop/computer setups for new employees and wiping/redeploying of
laptops for terminations.
· Intermediate to expert knowledge of support for Apple, Microsoft, and Linux devices.
· Troubleshooting of internal IT support tickets and issues. Escalates issues to the Help Desk Manager if necessary.
· Manage user accounts in all our systems.
· Assists with hardware management in conference rooms including large displays, small form factor PCs, and iPads used as Zoom Room controllers.
· Upkeep of IT inventory systems and storage spaces.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
· Familiarity with intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of multiple Operating Systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
· Intermediate to expert knowledge of computer peripherals and software, including cloud based applications and user account management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, a telephone, and keyboard reach.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to the computer work.
Light to moderate lifting is required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
The work environment characteristics described are what is encountered while performing the essential functions of this job.
Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones, printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in confined areas.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
