
Corporate Recruiter
Overview
FTI is seeking a full-time recruiter to support our Corporate functions.
Location: Fairfax, VA
Responsibilities
Principle responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and referring applicants to hiring managers for active and contingent positions. • Proficient and experienced in identifying technical candidates.• Proficient in using social networking tools, job boards, and resume databases to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and contingent positions.• Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.• Build candidate relationships during the selection process.• Screen candidate resumes and applications assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, certifications and aptitudes.• Monitor applicant tracking system and disposition candidate accordingly. • Support business development proposal efforts by sourcing Key and Non-Key Personnel candidates.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience:
Technical recruiting experience
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills; demonstrate ability and effectiveness in prioritization of multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong decision-making skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
