We are looking for someone to join our Order Management team. As part of this team, you will work with senior management to ensure that both customers and sales representatives are supported through Lucid’s sales process. Work directly with sales reps to process order requests of varying size and complexity in our CRM and billing systems

Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies

Ensure completeness and accuracy of bookings, license provisioning, and customer invoicing

Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures based on client use cases

Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations by understanding the complex needs of the sales and revenue operations organizations

Drive process improvements to current order process to improve sales rep experience as well as reduce overall processing time

Other duties as assigned


Ability to understand and follow complex, constantly evolving processes

High attention to detail and a drive to achieve high accuracy rates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with sales, operations, customer success, and accounting teams

Excellent work ethic and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a deal desk, accounts receivable, order management, or similar role

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems, or applicable experience

Ability to synthesize and articulate company-wide impacts of new systems or business processes

Proven track record of working well with interdepartmental teams on long- and short-term projects

Passion for working with internal and external customers

Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to work

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
