Production BI Analyst

We are looking for a sharp, passionate and product-oriented BI analyst, who will help bring our products to product-market fit. You will be an integral part of the product team, and will work closely with the revenue, R&D and management teams, investigating production data, identifying issues and sharing insights to make their day-to-day decisions more data-driven.

What you will do:

Use BI and monitoring systems (e.g. Mixpanel, Loggly, Datadog, Crashlytics etc.) to identify potential issues and produce actionable insights

Collaborate with PM’s, management, revenue and R&D to take action based on data

Proactively provide insights that will drive business growth

Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis.

What you will need:

3+ years of analytical work experience in a product company, preferably working on mobile products

Experience in owning production health - a strong advantage

Outstanding analytical & technical skills

BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics - a strong advantage

Exceptional ability to understand user behavior data and to transform it into insights

Great prioritization skills, and the ability to switch attention and re-focus quickly

Be self-motivated and independent, this is a new role, so you will be expected to create your own domain

Be a great collaborator and motivator - get others to understand what the data means and take prompt action accordingly

Strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
