TH - Strategic Optimization Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for rider pay optimization to ensure that riders are paid fairly with the highest level of cost-effectiveness.

Conduct strategic analysis, including data pulling, research, interpretation, and basic visualization, to identify logistics issues and rider engagement constraints

Restructure the rider pay scheme to sustainably resolve the logistics issues, enhance rider experience, and ensure fairness with the consideration of delivery distance, area, period, and working difficulties

Initiate, plan, and launch projects regarding riders' pay, cost per order, and new payment features

Conduct rider feedbacks testing and the result evaluation to redesign the solutions

Manage the implementation, including project management, stakeholders engagement, and issue resolution

Perform ad-hoc data operations and analysis as assigned

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields from a top-tier university

Fresh graduates or 1-3 years experience in analytical positions/ consulting

Strong analytical skills with structured and logical thinking and problem-solving

Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus

Fluent in English - both verbal and writing

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Self-starter and aim for efficiency
