Intro to the Regulatory Compliance Group

The Regulatory and Compliance group is responsible for supporting the regulatory and compliance aspects of our products and services and managing the compliant execution of our business. We work on exciting and challenging regulatory and compliance issues and pave the way for our company to deliver superb products in a compliant manner.

The role

The Regulatory and Compliance Group is undertaking the deployment of a cutting-edge Compliance Operating Model that is built as a global framework that provides a predictable and proactive way of operating aiming for scalability and agility. Ultimately, this role will work with all of the Compliance Managers to relaunch and run the various compliance programs and drive a programmatic structuring and implementation across the key pillars of the compliance operating model.

Help the regulatory and compliance group to develop and manage a detailed program plan

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Track project costs in order to meet budget

Support the development of program updates that will be provided on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire program management and execution

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Support the regulatory and compliance group to measure program performance to identify areas for improvement

Desired skills

An individual who has experience in running cross functional, multi dimensional programs i.e. small projects that sit under the umbrella of one main program

Someone who is tech savvy - knows how to pick up new tools easily i.e. jira, but can introduce us to a thing or two to help us be more efficient

Someone who is used to an agile way of working, able to be adaptable and flexible in approach

Strong project and program management qualifications

Preferably some experience in OKRs and other priority setting methodologies
