IT Manager

Sameday Health is seeking a bright and motivated IT Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of our organization’s IT infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you should have thorough knowledge of operating systems, computer software, and a variety of internet applications. You have a proven track record of implementing successful IT policies and systems.

What You’ll Do

Leads and administers all aspects of IT within Sameday Technologies and supporting organizations

Accountable for the budget, configuration, implementation, maintenance and support for all IT functions, hardware and software used by the company

Implement and innovate structure and standard operating procedures for technical requirements, outlines, and project management and mapping for all IT needs

Responsible for inventory and device management, including equipment, hardware, and programs

Identify current security threats and predict future attacks

Identify areas of process improvement, build in efficiencies, and execute change

Deliver business value through proposing new IT solutions, application development and system enhancements

Develop IT policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented, enforced, and maintained

Partner with leadership and establish relationships cross-functionally

Own preparation, configuration and staging of all software, systems, accounts, and hardware (POS, time clocks, email, phone, security, etc.) for all clinic and field locations, laboratories, and headquarters

Manage all vendors relationship and resources for IT, phone, data services, and video surveillance for both the corporate office and retail locations

Lead with integrity - maintain confidentiality and data security

What You’ll Bring

5+ years experience within a similar function

2+ years’ experience in IT project management

Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities in managing special projects and coordinating multiple vendors and systems.

Ability to oversee vendors/partners/contractors

Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with all aspects of the business
