Supplier Analyst - Contracts and Onboarding (6 month contract)

Maximum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

Manage and review all supplier intake forms on the GoCardless supplier onboarding tool including renewals, new agreements or changes to existing ones.

Review all current supplier contracts within the shared drive

You will triage the supplier to understand what the key risk areas are for us in taking on the supplier or if there have been any changes

You will resolve any ad-hoc system errors e.g. OneTrust integration with JIRA not working, rule changes, wrong tickets etc.

Follow up on any outstanding or incorrect information upon review of the supplier with the Supplier Relationship Manager

Desired skills

Previous experience of contract administration to include Marketing, IT, Legal, HR & Facilities related product & services

Previous experience of supplier/ risk management/ onboarding systems and JIRA

Excellent attention to detail

Previous experience working as a procurement project PMO would be highly desirable
