$18.50 Work from home - Customer service representative, incoming calls , Bilingual

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to various inquiries from clients regarding their telecommunications products and services while offering complementary solutions according to their needs. This is the ideal position for someone who enjoys connecting with people while providing attentive customer service.

What we offer:

Hourly wage of $18.50 (including a $1.25 premium per hour worked & Bilingual premium of $3 per worked hour)

Premium available for night and weekend shifts;

Available to work full time according to the following schedule:

Monday till Friday: 7:30am till 9pm;

Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 till 6pm;

This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.

Eligibility criteria:

Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;

Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.

Candidates must reside near the Nordia location center to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.


In this role, you will:

Answer incoming calls from clients regarding their phone, Internet and IP television products and services;

Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client;

Provide outstanding customer service during each interaction.


Bilingualism (English and French);

High school diploma, or the equivalent, completed;

Be friendly, empathetic, and courteous;

Experience working in sales or a call centre environment, an important asset;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and work in a computerized environment.

Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We must be able to serve customers when they need us (daytime, evenings, or weekends) - that's what customer service is all about!

Training start date: October 17th
